Order preparation

Tropical Sunshine products are prepared for each order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can take time to update.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email tropicalsunshinehi@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Delays, lost packages and damage

Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves our care. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact tropicalsunshinehi@gmail.com with your order number so we can review the issue.
